We started our trip right in the Centro, but for the last three days we wanted to be in a hotel with a poo, therefore why we choosed Primivera. The rooms were spacious, the pool with comply cushions refresdioning and they had a courtesy shuttle that ran all day for the Centro. it met all our needs.

This place is quiet, pretty, simple Staff is really nice and helpful Location is 10 minutes away from downtown or the main attraction, which is the Parrish or parroquia. They have a shuttle service to downtown San Miguel We never tried the food from their restaurant. Place is really small and very quiet Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but it is safe and it’s very close to the Mirador where you have the most amazing views of San Miguel!

Hermoso hotel, no mucha atención al cliente

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Los cuartos son grandes y cómodos. Le hubiera dado un 5 pero la atención al cliente no es muy buena. No nos explicaron nada, solamente si preguntábamos. El hotel no está ubicado cerca de la iglesia de San Miguel como indican en la información y también está lejos del centro. El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte gratis al centro pero nos enteramos solo por casualidad por qué tampoco nos lo mencionaron a la hora de hacer el check in. El restaurante tiene un menú pequeño pero rico y el servicio es bueno pero lento. El spa es cómodo con buen servicio y atención.
