Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks.

We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

The hotel was great and in a fantastic location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had great service by Antonio and his staff. They made great drinks and were very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I had happen was that the room that we were in did not get very cold with the AC. The rest of my families rooms were great but ours never really got very cold and it was hard to sleep.

This was our second stay at San Felice. We love it. Great location a few mins walk from main square in Capri, so easy to get to and easy to access all the shops etc. And yet it’s quiet and feels wonderfully secluded. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. You feel special when you are here. The pool is great, the lemon tree garden refreshing and the breakfast provided is spot on. We only wished it was a bit warmer and drier when we stayed so that we could eat breakfast outside on the terrace under the lemon trees. Hope we can get back here again one day. We won’t bother looking for another hotel.

The location is perfect. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with great patios. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We were awoken to a couple yelling at each other at 2:30 in the morning. It went on for at least an hour, and it was impossible to sleep. My husband alerted the front desk but they did not seem to care. No one ever apologized or followed up. Luckily the unhappy couple left the next day, and with earplugs we could sleep through the night.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Mattresses need to be revamped as they really hurt my husbands back. Location is EXCELLENT. Situated quietly in the corner, yet walkable and SUPER convenient to all major hot spots. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and I would recommend bringing your own soaps/shampoo. Extremely nice people, with excellent service. They helped me set up a boat ride within seconds, and offered To help with anything and everything. We even stayed an extra night because we were very satisfied. Thank you.

We booked a superior 3 beds room and when we arrived to our surprise we had a 1 bed and a couch/bed. They replaced the 1 bed with 2 small and the staff was questioning us with some type of attitude, no professionalism . There are other options at this price range.
