Room was pretty big, clean and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety to choose from. Couple issues we encountered was our room phone wasn’t working and we asked to get it fixed multiple times and it never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to request taxis and towels. Another issue was not having enough towels. It would have been nice to have at least 4 bath towels and couple extra of the smaller ones. We had to keep asking for more towels. The lighting in the room wasn’t very good either. There’s not enough room in the restroom to put your toiletries and room to get ready.

This property was nice for my visit. Juan was very helpful throughout our stay being that we spoke very little Spanish. There is a lot of food options around the area, the hotel does offer breakfast but it is very light so we did eat off property most days. The pool was amazing and we used it multiple times during out stay. The staff was very accommodating and we had no issues with scheduling airport transfer through them to and from. Uber was very easy to get and affordable from this location as well, we did use them almost daily as we traveled to the walled city a lot.

This is definitely somewhere I’d return to. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was good and the facilities were user- friendly, central to so many food and artisan shops and very beautiful.

This place is nice however, so many issues with the key card. Such a large portion of our trip was spent at the front desk having to get back access to our rooms because the key cards would stop working. It was such an inconvenience, and no one ever apologized or gave a reason why this issue kept recurring. Additionally, the TV in our room didn't work. We had someone come try to fix it but gave up and there was no follow up or credit provided for the issue with the room. Overall, the place is nice and the breakfast is good but the customer service is not the best and any issues that arise during your stay will likely not be fixed or any accommodation offered. Very disappointed

Wonderful Stay

They were very friendly as soon as we arrived and greeted us upon entry. Any questions we have the answered the boutique was up-to-date very eco-friendly and pool was amazing. They do have free breakfast in the morning and the rooms themselves were beautiful. I definitely recommend staying here and the next time I visit I’ll be back!

The property was beautiful, walking distance from the beach and nearby shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful- especially Maria. The pool area is cute but the downstairs bathroom smelled like a history of mold or sewage or some type of water damage. The adjacent restaurant served a simple, yet delicious breakfast. Very nice.

My fiancé and I were a little skeptical about this place only because we had heard mix reviews on multiple sites. However I’m so glad we decided to stay here. We decided to get the grand suite since we were celebrating our engagement. The room was absolutely perfect. It was clean daily, and huge! The staff was all very nice. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Aesthetically very pretty. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning. Food was good and the restaurant is super cute. I’m not sure what the negative reviews on the other sites were about because I would stay here again! The location was perfect, super close to the beach, tons of restaurants walking distance. Overall 10/10
