Hotel not what was advertised.

Very disappointing. Hotel deceptive on booking site as many facilities offered were not available. Definitely not ‘Nature’ Hotel. Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems. Definitely not what was advertised on Hotels.com. And not worth the money.

Hotelli on oikein kivasti laitettu. Huoneet ovat kotoisat ja siistit. Aamupala loppuu viikonloppuna jo klo 9. Liian aikaisin lomalaisille. Lauantaina 16.8. Aamupalalle kun menimme 8.30 lÀhes tyhjyyttÀ ammottivat tarjoilut. Kauppa vastapÀÀtÀ, eli suhteellisen helposti olisi voinut tarjoilua tÀydentÀÀ.

HyvÀ hotelli

SÀnky ja tyyny olivat todella mukavia. Huoneen sai mukavan viileÀksi. Ilmastointilaitteeseen kertyi toisen pÀivÀn mittaan kosteutta ja vettÀ tippui sÀngylle ja huoneen matolle, mutta henkilökunta oli asiasta ilmoittaessamme tosi asiakaspalvelualttiita ja tarjosivat uutta huonetta. KieltÀydyimme siitÀ, koska kyse oli enÀÀ vain yhdestÀ yöstÀ ja aamuun mennessÀ kosteutta ei tainnut enÀÀ laitteessa ollakaan. Aamiaiselta myös löytyi kaikki tarvittavat perusasiat. Hotelli oli kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ nÀhtÀvyyksistÀ. Kaiken kaikkiaan yöpyminen meni hyvin ja tulisimme uudestaankin!

Miten omasta mielestÀ meni...

En tiedÀ oliko allergia-huone (oli sovittu ja varmistettu sekÀ siivouksen tehostus) kun oli kokolattiamatto. Aamulla silmÀt turvoksissa, nenÀ tukossa ja kurkku kÀheÀ. Eli epÀilys kova. Oli hienoa, ettÀ oli huonekohtainen ilmanvaihto kone tai vastaava mutta ikÀvÀ oli kun aamulla sÀnky oli jalkopÀÀstÀ litimÀrkÀ ja lattiakin. Liekkö tiputtanut kone pitkÀÀnkin? Terveysriski.

Ihan OK

Huoneistossa oli kaksi huonetta, mikÀ oli mukava asia 3 hlön seurueelle. Kolmas vuode eli vuodesohva olisi kaivannut petauspatjan. Kaksi varsinaista vuodetta olivat oikein mukavia. Kylpyhuoneen suihkuseinÀ oli rikki. Makuuhuoneen toinen lukuvalaisin oli myös rikki. Hotellin sijainti oli paras mahdollinen Olavinlinnan vieressÀ. Aamiainenkin oli OK. Olimme kyllÀ ihan tyytyvÀisiÀ vierailuun!
