Everyone Should Have a Paul
Although we've stayed at other Hilton Hotels, this was our first stay at this particular Hilton location. We were unsure what to expect from a building located in the heart of the city. Paul, our Front Desk Staffer, saw to our every need and was certain to welcome us back to this location. We expect to return the next time we're in the area.

An excellent stay. Large spacious room with a king bed. Room and bathroom both nice and clean. Very friendly staff and quick check-in. $100 per night holding deposit required. Room has a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. A pretty good buffet breakfast for $24.95, but you can also have cooked to order. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. A good sleep, nice and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Fantastic location in a wonderful part of the city - NoMa. Great bars and restaurants around. Good supermarket next door with food options. 8 to 12 minute walk to Union Station. Walkable to the US Capitol, White House etc, or a short Uber ride. Metro station around the corner. Definitely stay again!

Overall ok. There were 4 of us and they only stocked 3 towels and the front desk said that we couldn’t get an extra because house keeping was gone . There was no curtain on the shower so I wasn’t too crazy about that. The breakfast buffet was pretty mediocre. Not a lot of choices. The staff were all nice and friendly though . Overall it was ok.

This hotel got such high ratings, and I am surprised. It was so outdated and looked nothing like the online photos. The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible. For me and two kids it was $63.00! The staff were super nice and helpful though so I hated to complain. I really wish this site would update its photos and people would give honest reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this Hilton.
