Lovely people on reception during the day. Helpful to let her leave our bags on the first day before check in, recommended places to visit in Bath only was the Trout bookshop and then even though we can checked out on our last day they let us leave our bags again.

The hotel itself was lovely and staff were great. The only downside we found was that our air con was very noisy almost sounded like running water and the blankets were extremely large and heavy to sleep in but other than that it was lovely.

Absolutely fine

We had a great stay on a high floor. Beware at weekends that the hotel is right at the bottom of the party street and en route to the station. The room was comfortable however the bed was a standard double and felt small, and the water pressure was really disappointing. Staff were lovely, would stay again.
