Lovely hotel. Room on 1st floor which was nice but had inter connecting door. Asked to move rooms but the staff couldn’t move me due to hotel being full. Very good breakfast with quality ingredients. Pool nice to swim in, 15 metres so not too great for front crawl lengths especially when busy. Would definitely stay again as a stunning hotel, peaceful location.

Hotel reception isn’t particularly well signposted from car park. Check in was good. Room a little tired. Single beds which were very soft. Sound proofing was nonexistent- everything from either side. Evening meal was limited with lots not available and even after ordering the waiting staff came back and said sweet potato fries run out. Food was tasty, £30 for a pizza, chips and a coke was pricey. Breakfast was basic but “ok”

We had a lovely 2 night stay. This includes a very comfortable bed and pillows, a nice large shower, and a lovely breakfast each morning. The pool, gym and spa are also lovely and well maintained. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely location and very helpful staff. Loved the pool and facilities, but changing areas did feel a bit under loved. Lots of broken lockers and showers. Travelled with a baby so had room service in the evening, which was a very small menu and afraid to say I wasn't blown away with what we ordered. Room was a good size and breakfast was very good in the morning.

I was kept awake most of the night by a loud television in a neighbouring room which was finally switched off at about 5.15 am. The mens changing room for the pool was a disgrace. Locker doors were missing or hanging off. The locks didn't work. Two of the four showers didn't work. Fittings had been ripped of the walls so there was no shower soap.

A nice relaxing weekend stay. It was a bit dissapointing that the spa was too busy we couldn’t get any treatments, and there were not enough beds around the pool, people would leave for hours at a time with their belongings on them this could be monitored. The pool side area could definitly do with an uplift. The overall vibe was relaxed though and the hotel staff were lovely. The food was a really good standard although the menu was limited. A good stay for the price we paid!
