We had an amazing stay, the staff were so friendly and sweet. The buffet breakfast was amazing with vast array of options and amazing service and food quality. The hotel was so modern and had great amenities. The location is great, it is a very peaceful area with good restaurants and a supermarket just 5 min walk away. Additionally the metro is a short walk away so you can get everywhere very easily.

Our room was quite close to elevators (on the backnofbthe elevators), so it was noisy . We requested some adjustments, that just come after we asked agaim, like a doible bed blancket (originally werevtwo single beb blanket for a queen bed).

I ordered breakfast on check in, offered at the price of 310DKK for two people, and was asked to register my credit card. I was told this was a discounted pre-order price, I could not cancel, and it would be charged from my card. At breakfast, I was told by the lady at the entrance, that the room and my name had no registration (She found me on the list, I had a green marker on top of my name, so I asked her if she was sure, and she was). It was unfortunate, but I was travelling with my daughter, had to catch transportation, and had no alternatives planned for breakfast, so I did not make an issue of it. She required me to pay at breakfast with my card, now the sum of 390DKK. When I returned home, I recieved by e-mail an invoice and confirmation that my original booking for breakfast had been withdrawn. The sum of 310DKK. My total for a 310DKK breakfast for 2 pepople ultimately ended up being 700DKK, and the hotel has not replied to my concern. We were happy with our stay otherwise, but will not be staying there again.

Ikke imponeret. Lang kø ved check-in og engelsktalende personale overalt. Meget upersonligt. Værelset var småt og åbent ind til badeværelset så intet privatliv. Da vi kom fra koncert om aftenen og ville have en drink stod der 1 (ny) mand i baren lørdag aften. Han kæmpede mod en enormt lang kø og vidste knap hvordan man lavede en fadøl. Det var synd for ham og dårlig ledelse at der ikke var bedre oplæring. Der kom en og hjalp men det tog 40 minutter at købe 2 drinks. Virkede som et stort og kaotisk hotel og personalet var ikke gearet til at styre det. Vi skippede morgenmaden af samme årsag og tog på café.
