Clean modern decor, small compact rooms with clean en-suite and adequate balcony. We had a bed and breakfast deal- the breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh hot and cold food and beverages. We enjoyed staying at Cabot Romantic mainly due to its close proximity to a beautiful clean beach with great sea water to swim in.

I last stayed at this hotel about 35 years ago and it has undergone a bit of a refurb since then! It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the port, but close enough to walk to (about a 15 minute stroll). It’s just over the road from the beautiful beach where you can sit in the bar/restaurant and watch the light change over the mountains as the sun sets. You also have the use of a pool and facilities down the road. The hotel decor is fresh and modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the food was great with a wide selection of different foods available for breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which helped make our 8-night stay even more memorable. We will definitely stay here again.

Bamba and Antonia made this property exceptional. They had fantastic patience to answer any of my long questions about different beaches and Calas, dining options and the best sunset spot. All of their advice was absolutely spot on. The rooms are spotless, the air conditioning excellent and the beds are reasonably comfortable. The location is quiet but you can easily walk down the road 500 metres to somewhere more lively. I did put a filter for parking on Expedia so I was surprised to find they didn't have parking upon arrival. Most nights you can find space out the front but sometimes you have to park some distance away. Park spots are much easier to come by after 11pm.

The building is made in such a compact way that you can hear absolutely everything. Whether it's the cleaning staff moving around all the furniture and banging everything at 7am, the kitchen staff clanking dishes and silverware around at from 8am to 11am, or your neighbors either taking a shower or watching TV at night... You will hear every single little thing!

Room adequate, beds very comfortable but bathroom layout and design poor meaning shower was too small and shower head too high. Breakfast was terrible, coffee undrinkable, no decaf, and despite great weather we were not allowed to eat outside, which seemed very petty. Also whilst this hasn't affected my review the adults only policy gave the dining area a nursing home feel, and I wouldn't book one again.

Stayed 3 nights. Good choice of breakfast but stuck to fruit and cereal on the first morning. The coffee from the machine was dreadful. On the second morning I thought I would try the cooked breakfast. There was none available in the buffet section. The hotel was closing the next day. Stuck to fruit and cereal again and then suddenly a member of staff came out with a plate of beans, tomato, fried egg, scrambled egg, sausage and something resembling bacon. It was truly awful and looked as though it had been left from the day before. I skipped breakfast on the third and final morning. On checking out when I mentioned this the lady told me I should have been offered a choice which would have been freshly made.
