Apart hotel and a lot of the good view rooms are the apartments privately owned. I know this as I tried to chnage room as our neighbours were quite loud and there was a interconnecting locked door between both rooms. Which lets in a load of noise. I wish the hotels would say this when you choose a room as it would put me off staying there.

Adorei o hotel e as instalações. Cama enorme e muito confortável. A equipe muito gentil e atenciosos. Só achei que precisava de mais atenção quanto a música na piscina. Muitas pessoas com suas próprias caixinhas, isso foi péssimo e nenhum funcionário interviu.

Razoável, tivemos um problema ao chegarmos devido ao apartamento do lado estar em manutenção, onde nos colocaram ao apartamento ao lado que não possuía energia, foi necessário retornarmos a recepção para informar e solicitar que fossemos remanejados, no demais foi bem tranquila a estadia.

O hotel e maravilhoso, bem localizado e com uma infraestrutura incrível. A única coisa que deixou a deixou a desejar foi o atendimento, pois quis fazer uma alteração na reserva e os atendente não foram flexíveis conforme a minha solicitação.

A minha estadia no hotel foi ótima. Entretanto, teve alguns problemas ao longo da minha estadia. Infelizmente, havia problemas estruturais e alguns locais se encontravam com más condições de limpeza. Consoante a isso, se houver uma reforma e uma maior presença de funcionários, possa corrigir os erros e manter um ambiente melhor a todos. Café da manhã a desejar. Estacionamento em pessimas condições, esgoto no estacionamento, me sujei todo pra sair do carro e entrar.

Excelente localização. Praia muito boa. O que mais nos incomodou foi o barulho na hora da limpeza dos quartos vizinhos, muito arrastado de móveis. Moveis velhos, porta do banheiro e armário do banheiro se desmanchando. Cafe da manha bom. Area da piscina muito boa. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. Mas nao fomos informados que havia almoco e jantar disponível, só ficamos sabendo qd vimos outros usando, só que ja tinhamos saido pra comer fora.

O lugar não tem a mínima infraestrutura para receber hóspedes. Faltam cadeiras na piscina, o bar mal funciona, a praia junto ao hotel não possui cadeiras, ar condicionado não funciona direito nos quartos. A única coisa que foi positiva é que os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos porém diante da falta de infraestrutura total do hotel, tudo se perde. Interrompi minha viagem no meio e voltei pra casa. Péssima experiência.
