The hotel is beautiful and looks very pretty just a short walk from the lake to amazing views. Very well located and great facilities. Rooms were a good size; we had an executive suite which I was worried about based on previous rooms saying small, but I felt they were a good size with really good size shower room. Very clean. Car parking extremely convenient and secure, and very well priced. Was lovely to see many visitors with their dogs which was great to know for possible future stays. The spa facilities are also a great feature.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palace Hotel San Pietro! Staff was very welcoming and the owner gave us tips for our next destination in Italy. Pool and garden area were really comfortable. We slept very well during our stay, it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best things was the breakfast in the roof top terrace with a beautiful lake view. Location was also convenient. Close to the center and ferry stop.

Perfect size hotel very well located tucked away from any noise and people traffic but just 10 min away from town (walking). Run by very attentive young staff who are clearly proud of their job and will be happy to make you feel welcome. Best breakfast I have had in as many hotels in Italy. This was a lovely hotel to stay. Unfortunately, the weather conditions were very rainy so couldn’t make much use of the pool. The hotel has a lovely pool and jacuzzi but the direction the hotel faces means the sunlight is blocked for a lot of the day. The hotel was really well placed. Only a 5 minute walk to the ferry or bus, and two minutes to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice as were the cocktails served in the bar. Would highly recommend based on location and service.

AC in our room was not working properly. When brought up to staff, they did try to fix it but overall we were not comfortable at night. The AC unit in room did not circulate the air, but the staff was friendly and pool was very nice.

Was staying hear for our hoonymoon. Was very disappointed. Lovely hotel but stay and service's were a let down. Not accomodating towards hotel services, you had to book in advance for sunbeds, or just hope one was free after 5pm when the sun goes down. You we charged extra for spa useg even though it's a spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the use of the spa. When we booked the spa the lady nerv showed up and let us down. We couldn't do what we wanted or booked to do for our hoonymoon. Hotel clean and breakfast lovely but was very let down in other areas.

What a wonderful experience! Our entire group of 8 was beyond impressed with the professionalism and level of service shown to us during our 4 night stay. I cannot say enough about the warm reception on arrival, helpful assistance in organising shuttles, the excellent breakfast and wonderful, attentive staff who catered to us. Super friendly, always smiling and top notch service! Our room was also immaculately cleaned with fresh towels each day. We are so looking forward to our return in 2025!
