Good choice for a hotel near GRU.

We arrived late, but luckily the restaurant was still open and provided a good meal. The shuttle to the hotel was a joke. It was absolutely packed with people and luggage. Fortunately, the driver ensured nobody was left behind. The ride back to the airport the next morning was much easier. Breakfast was very good.

Great overnight hotel for GRU

Convenient hotel close to GRU. Hotel offers convenient and free shuttle service to and from the airport during several times during the day ending around midnight. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was outstanding, much grander than I expected.

Stayed 5 nights during a business trip. Location for me was great and very close to the airport. I appreciated the airport shuttle which was included in the room price. Also very friendly staff and good service/recommendations. However quite far to get to São Paulo downtown, especially during rush hour. But close to Guarulhos, shopping there, etc

The property looked ok but when I went to my room it was dirty. The toilet boil was so dirty, the towels were basically brown. You could see the dirt on the door. The comforter on the bed was dirty. The safe in both rooms didn’t work, I called they sent someone to fix it promptly. Finally put stuff in the safe when I was time to get my stuff out of the safe it would not open and I had to call maintenance again to open it. Luckily I got up super early because if it was last minute I would’ve missed my flight. Luckily this was a one night stay. Very disappointing.
