I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the airport transfer service arranged by your hotel this morning.
The vehicle provided was simply unfit for service. It broke down multiple times along the way, and the driver was forced to take highly unsafe measures—such as reversing up hills or coasting downhill with the engine off and no brakes. This level of risk is completely unacceptable, especially for a journey that takes between 45 minutes to an hour. Passenger safety should never be compromised.
For a service charged at €60 (approximately 300,000 Ariary), one expects at least a safe and reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience severely impacted our overall satisfaction.
This is particularly disappointing given that the location is pleasant, the rooms are decent, and while the service is extremely slow, it was tolerable considering the remote setting. However, such a serious failure significantly undermines the overall quality of the hotel. Tarif charge inside are quite high compare to average and that situation this morning confirmed it.
As things stand, I would not recommend your establishment—particularly for business travelers—until you ensure that all third-party services meet basic safety and reliability standards.
