There is a problem between the Hotel.com system and the Hyatt House hotel system. We booked two separate days. In both cases, we booked two double beds, as there were four of us. When we arrived on the first day, their system showed one king-size bed and one sofa bed. That didn't work. We told the front desk that we had another reservation in seven days, so we asked them to check if two double beds were okay. When we arrived for our second reservation, it was still the same problem. After some discussion, we finally got a room with two double beds. However, the room had no curtains and no towels. In addition, the hotel is new, and out of the four elevators, two or three are always out of service.
