Pollyanna, was really helpful even I didn’t speak any Portuguese. Helped me to book a tour at last minute. When I got transferred from Sao Luis and arrived around 8:30 am, she checked me in without any extra charge. Breakfast was really good with wonderful views on top floor of hotel. Had a great time there.

O quarto tem tamanhi ok, porém o banheiro é pequeno. O quarto como um todo é bastante fechado e a iluminação natural é bem restrita. A janela e porta são voltadas para área comum, o que dificulta a abertura e manutenção de privacidade. Cama de casal um pouco mole demais. Chuveiro necessita de limpeza (água sai em pouca quantidade e para os lados). Café da manhã bom, porém poderiam identificar os alimentos e bebidas com nomes. A piscina é bastante fria, não estava muito limpa e seu uso é difícil, pois fica no meio dos quartos. Custo elevado para o que oferece. Custo elevado para o que oferecem.

Muita coisa mal feita e com defeito a nível do prédio, mas o despejo de esgoto na rua, em frente a pousada, trajeto de passagem, foi a gota d'água!

O atendimento na recepção foi bom, são prestativos, o quarto é espaçoso, o café da manhã é bom é servido num ambiente de boa visualização, fica perto do centro da cidade. Como negativo, colchão muito mole e banheiro pequeno.

Um lugar bonito e aconchegante para se hospedar, tem boas instalações e foi um ótimo custo benefício. Só tenho ressalvas por não ter ducha e tomada no banheiro, mas as camas são ótimas, quarto amplo bem limpinho, gostei bastante. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

O lugar é bem confortável e o quarto espaçoso, cama muito boa e o atendimento excepcional. Sentir falta de um café da manhã mais sortido. Tive que comprar água para escovar os dentes, pq a água da pia as vezes estava com um cheiro forte.

Pousada nova, com quarto tamanho ideal p casal. Por ser instalações novas, está se aperfeiçoando aos poucos. Sugestão colocar armário (ou prateleiras p roupas, há espaço). Chuveiro do apto 5 necessita limpeza dos orifícios de água. Café da manhã muito bom, porém mesa pequena p servir. Sugestão identificar os alimentos. Localização um pouco isolada, necessário ter carro p se locomover p a cidade. Atendimento pré check in o tempo todo por WhatsApp, muito bom, passando todas as informações necessárias e auxilia para chegar na pousada, se necessário.

Nossa estadia na Ville foi Incrível. Destaco a simpatia e cordialidade de Poliana e João que nos atendeu excepcionalmente bem. Pesquisamos antes sobre passeios, porém fechamos tudo na hora com eles e não nos preocupamos com nada. Não poderia esquecer de citar, que é muito confortável a instalação e café da manhã muito bom.

Tive e uma experiência muito agradável. A pousada está localizada perto do Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses, dar até para olhar o Parque da área do café da manhã. O pessoal foi simpático e atencioso, sempre disposto a ajudar com informações sobre os arredores. A pousada tem uma piscina muito boa, ideal para relaxar após um dia de passeios. Com café da manhã saboroso. Recomendo! E voltaria.
