Close to higobashi station which will give you access to two important stations which are umeda and namba. 7/11 comes in clutch for quick snacks and drinks. Rooms are tiny but clean. Overall, it’s a good deal for the money.

Stayed for one night before my flight back home and it was comfortable. Close to the station and there's a FamilyMart a minute down the road. One bedroom rooms are tiny but cozy. Though, the elevators could get annoying if you're on the upper floors even with four of them, but great hotel overall!

The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds are comfy. Bath amenities are complete with everything we need including toothbrush, comb, you name it…Basically, the guest doesn’t need to bring any bath amenities. The bathroom is a bit small. Be careful of the step at the entrance. I almost tripped getting into the bathroom. The overall experience is good.

Overall a good stay with easy to access train station directly in front of hotel entrance. Biggest issue was the very badly orientation of the furniture was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Due to fear of damaging furniture I was unable to move anything and had to deal with the poorly designed room.

Great hotel at affordable price and great location
There were hardly any space between the desk and the bed, which made using the chair and the desk uncomfortable, and not really doable. Otherwise the room held the general APA hotells standard. Great simple rooms at a resonable price. They have everything one needs. I think the location is great. Going places couldn't be more convenient with a tube entrance just outside the hotell. Namba and other destinations reachable within 30 min. I wasn't able to use the bath because of a wound, but I would have appreciated the bath otherwise. It's just great. I noticed that noice isolation is quite poor (isolation from traffic and such), so maybe consider the higher floors.

I stayed at another APA in Kyoto an the level of service, Onsen and everything was far beyond this one. The good things: Very near the subway station and they had a good breakfast. Unfortunatelly the restaurant with a really nice view was booke that night. The view is really great BUT in the back street of this hotel is a really nice, local yakitori reatsuarant that I higly recommend. Bad. Onsen is just one small, warm bath that gets growded. Not pleasent at all and again I've visited other APA hotels that had really nice Onsens. The level of service is extremely bad. they donät speak English at all. there wa one nice gentleman who really tried to help me when there was a small issue but the others said they can't just because they didnät understand. Other customers helped me in the end.

Extremely small beyond belief.
I booked this for me and my wife for our honeymoon, they didn’t even care to properly check-us in early and I had to stay in a very long line when I came back again after the check-in time. Horrible treatment by the staff that barely understands English. Also, do NOT book this if you’re claustrophobic, I was genuinely suffocating in the first night, me and my wife barely fit the bed size (She’s slim and I am not), I have been to small and tight hotels in Tokyo but this is even smaller than anything. There was absolutely no space for our luggage, it stayed unopened in the hallway, that isn’t even a hallway. The only good thing is that it’s near a metro station and it’s not even a good station, you’ll have to keep taking other metros to get where you wanna go, so it’s not really as convenient as you might think. Ultimately, it’s inhumane to allow oneself to stay in such place even if your plans is to find a place just to sleep in. Sleeping in metro stations would almost seem as an equal alternative.
