Absolutely loved this stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. This is the best hotel in London! Prices are reasonable, and everything for the family is here to keep everyone entertained. The smokehouse and the clubhouse are definitely the better places to go for food.

Room was very nice but not soundproof. Stayed in the Classic. Children crying could be heard throughout the night. Glad I brought earplugs. The hotel is beautiful and there is a lot to do on the premises. Food at Sessions was not good but Liam our server was amazing.

Best hotel in London . Finally somehwere nice!!

Surprised by how nice this was. Little pricey but its new Staff was over the top accommodating We are local and took our kids to the Factory etc. Made the whole experience amazaing Paitence in restaurants. Not quite organzied yet. Some delays in receiving food. But it came out hot and the service staff was aware and apologetic for the delay Food was above average

Great hotel, staff is phenomenal.

I wish I could give this hotel five stars. The room itself, once we got in, was phenomenal. Modern, clean and beautiful. However, the reason I am giving this a three star review is because upon arriving at the hotel at check-in time which was 3 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready. So we went and sat in the bar and had a complementary drink. At 4 o’clock we checked again. It wasn’t ready. We had plans that evening, and had nowhere to get ready or put our bags. Our room still wasn’t ready until 6 PM. It was a super inconvenience. The staff were great, and although it screwed up our evening’s plans, the hotel is still fabulous. We would probably stay there again.
