We stayed 2 nights. The pool was closed so we could not go swimming. We did not have enough towels. Our toilet was NASTY! The breakfast area was good but the juices were watered down.

This property is in transition from being a Hampton Inn to something else. When I stayed, it was hard to find because the Hampton signs were still up even though the alleged name is the Wright Patterson Inn. You can't confirm until you come to the front desk. There is a simple makeshift sign there. Use the address, not the hotel name for navigation. Overall, this place was a good value for money, comfortable and clean with lots of towels and plenty of bach amenities. Breakfast was just okay with the basics, including waffles. The scrambled eggs were almost inedible, however.

Pool wasn’t open and they tried charging me after I had already paid on Expedia. There was a lot of amenities close by and the price was right. I would stay there again in a pinch. The showers were gross..

The place was beyond disgusting. Not a single floor looked vacuumed or swept. The hallways, elevator, rooms etc all had crumbs, trash and hair. The toilets had stains on them and the floor. The sheets had stains and even blood stains on the pillow cases. We switched rooms three times to find one that was even remotely clean. The people were friendly and understanding but all in all whoever runs that place or is in charge of cleaning needs a serious check. I would never recommend someone to stay there until they make serious changes. We wanted a refund to go to another hotel, but it was too late.

It took a long time to check in, I had two rooms with 2 beds in each. They tried to give us rooms with 1 bed in each. It was difficult to resolve. The pool, although we were told it would be open was closed which is disappointing for the kids.

There was no hot water The complementary breakfast was very disappointing all they had was bread, bagels, yogurt, and fruit no drinks had waffle irons but no batter had nothing to put on the bread

Terrible. When we arrived I was told my name wasn’t in their computer so they tried to make me pay again. I refused to repay. I had the receipt and I showed them where the payment hit my card. After 45 mins of arguing, the manger finally showed up and gave us the room. Pool was also closed which was a main reason I chose that place Will never stay there again or the hotel next door that they also own.

First thing we always look at is the bed and the toilet and it was dirty, had BM on it. The sheets were too small for the king size beds, we weren’t told that the pool wasn’t up and running. The ice machine was broken we had to go 2 blocks away to get a bag of ice, breakfast was supposed to be served until 10,

Smaller hotel, wrong name on the building. Seems theres a buy out going on. Staff gets 6 stars. Very friendly, even when checking in after midnight. Why is there so much bleach on the towels and bedsheets? I get that everyone increased during covid, but can we do another rinse cycle to get some of that out. I got a good headsche snelling that in all night. The pillows are to soft. Could not sleep well. Also.. they havent cleaned the toilets in while. Look at this pictures (room 214). Ive seen life long bachlor slobs whose toilets arent this bad. In all, pnce the toilets are cleaned and the sheets dont quailfy as chemical weapons platforms, i might stay again.
