I like that the hotel is so close to the airport. The staff is very responsive if you text them through Expedia. They are able to respond in English. They can book you a shuttle any time of day or night. The hotel feels safe because of the security doors. There is a secluded grassy area as well. The room is clean the water is hot and there is excellent water pressure. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room rates are reasonable. It is on a busy street but it’s car noise not people making noise. I always travel with earplugs so it’s an easy fix. The bed is really comfortable for me and the furniture in the room is new. I stayed here twice and I’ll return next time I’m flying in or out of Guatemala City.

The rroms are not the same to the pictures. I pay for king and the staff bring me to different ugly room with 2 beds. Not expecting that at all.

I stayed one night in the room pictured. The room has large windows with a garden view. It is positioned near the property's corner, so I did hear street/traffic noise at night. The bed is huge and comfortable, with sheets and pillows that smelled freshly laundered and that were also comfortable and soft. The bathroom has a good layout with hot shower. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast of plantains, eggs, beans and bread. If you arrive at night, be aware that there is no clear signage with the hotel name - look for a white corner building. The neighborhood is ok, there are no restaurants in walking distance. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel because it included a shuttle to the airport, but the receptionist said no and advised I Uber to the airport.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca al aeropuerte La Aurora. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, buen desayuno. El día de nuestro regreso a nuestro país, los llamamos y nos guardaron las maletas durante el día porque el vuelo salía en la noche y no nos cobraron ni un dolar. Que buena actitud de servicio.
