Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel decor is very nice giving it a relaxing feel. We were given a upgrade when we arrived, a room with a balcony and complimentary mini fridge with soft drinks which was fantastic. Good to know - spa facility max 6 people and need to prebook. Great location, everything close by. Only down side the coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking down, overall an excellent experience.

An absolute stunning hotel on entering the reception to sadly leaving to go home…. you can not ask for more, wonderful decor, beautiful surroundings, gorgeous roof top bar (albeit not quite open) & pool/beds, customer service very welcoming, polite & knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend stopping here, g centrally located to visit for all areas, fantastic restaurants & bars close by. Hurry & visit before it gets booked up you certainly won’t be disappointed!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our check in was delayed a bit which was kind of annoying but we got free drinks to compensate. Took us a bit to get used to the A/C functions but we couldn’t be arsed asking at reception so our own fault. Spa is nice but booking system a bit weird, I think you get it to yourself but then other people wandered in. Not a problem but being British obviously too awkward to ask what the actual situation is. We ate there a bit and the food was decent but loads of places to eat near by. If I was to criticise then I’d say the rooms for 3 are slightly on the small side (but then it’s not a huge hotel) and the rooftop pool is cold. But in no way should that put you off booking. Staff really nice and it’s a lovely place to be. 8/10 from me.

We loved every minute of our stay in this brand-new hotel. Our room was beautiful; really comfy bed, lovely linens, great shower, coffee machine, fridge and kettle. Roof terrace views/sun beds were great. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, particularly the young woman who checked us in (sorry, we didn’t get your name but you told us you’d lived in England).
