Suite is conveniently located, sketchy at night. Room was small, not a queen bed as advertised. Furnishings cheap. There was still laundry in the dryer. Sheets and pillows were poor quality. Check in process was annoying. Had to communicate through WhatsApp and pay in advance to even be given access to unit. Check in is ridiculously late at 5pm, earliest is 4pm to accesss. My recent stay at RA Suites Eaton Center was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything, including the Eaton Centre. The suite was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really made my experience special was the outstanding service. Ben was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even arranged a late check-out for me, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch that made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend RA Suites Eaton Center to anyone visiting Toronto. So access to the elevators and the lock box needs to be better organized parking also sinage needs to be better the place unit itself i couldnot have asked for a more perfect spot .Dealing in customer service at the building itself was Difficult as people dont understand English very well. Not 3 minutes away from arena like said. Waited 3.5 hours on the room, never got room early, infact 1.5 hours after check in time room was "ready". Not fully cleaned because we had to rush them. We were late to the reason for coming out. Not a hotel, its an apartment building so front desk cant help. 1 ply, dollar store products. Communication was unclear, number registered as spam. No parking provided, very upset.

This place is clean...comfortable and conveniently located. My biggest problem was checking in. That experience was terrible. Whatever genius who came up with the check in procedure should be placed in a mental hospital. When you get to the place you have to know the pass code for a lock box to get the key to get into the room. The lock boxes are located in a seperate room ...all numbered .but NOT displayed in numerical number. You have to search through multiple racks of lockboxes to find the one with your key. This is madness...TIme consuming and STUPID. PERIOD. I will not stay there ever again and I warn all elderly folks to avoid this place with a passion. The folks on security were very helpful but the fault for this debacle lies with the absent owners who are more concerned with collecting their funds than setting up a convenient check in for guests. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Grei was unable to submit certain information because it was sent to me very late. When I got it I was on a Train enroute. I arrive at your lacation and was unsure that I was in the right place but I did call and confirmed the location. At this time I am in a taxi in front of the location. I called and offered to give whatever info needed to include credit card stuff. However, the person that I spoke with refused to take my info or allow me in. Therefore, at the last minute, we had to fine other accommodation. At this time, I do not expext to be charged and if you have already, I expect an immediate refund. Thanks for all considerations.

The name of this property makes it sound like it is attached or next to the Eaton's Centre. It is actually several blocks away. The key situation was awful - have to look through dozens of lockboxes to get the right one - like an escape room challenge! Parking and elevator situation extremely confusing with security very unhelpful and they seemed to actually get a kick out of people's difficulty. Very much a student vibe with kids in the hall drinking and partying. The unit itself was decent.
