Casa Kloster is Amazing and Beautiful
Our stay was incredible. The architectural detailing, decor, and craftsmanship were truly exceptional. The space had a truly immersive and memorable quality, and the architectural details and decor were a big part of that. The bedroom and bathroom were incredibly well-designed, with a beautiful aesthetic and practical layout that made it an incredibly memorable stay.

Great new hotel right in the center of Guanajuato! Brand new amenities and nice pool in the basement. My only and biggest complain is that they didn’t provide any assistance finding parking… it took me over one hour to find a place to park and driving around Guanajuato is not an easy task

Ask for a room with a view. Ours faced the inside and it was like a small box with no view. Great bathroom given size of room. The room could have been cleaner, but I’m extra picky. It’s in a great area walking distance to the main attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The property is brand new ! The Newest hotel in core of historical downtown . You don’t need a car you can just walk around . The hotel was just opened when we got there so the pool was not usable ! Please note the staff does not speak English . There are a lot of music band walking around at night so if you are early sleeper you would need an ear plug for sure .

Elegant and refined restoration of fine historic architecture. Our first room had no window which was disconcerting but staff assisted in an upgraded room. Beautiful breakfast at additional modest charge. No bar or other food service. Lack of English speaking staff was cumbersome. Spa like pool not suitable for real swimming and no fitness center (yet). This is a very recent srart up that I trust will much improve with time and experience.
