6/10 Good

Stayed in room #5 and the Room and bathroom were tiny. Bathroom was small for 5’4” girls - knees hit sink while sitting on the toilet. Condition seemed more like hostel than hotel. Location was great as was the service.

Well located, small but comfy well appointed hotel

Lovely welcome, clean well dressed room. We had a double and single for the three of us. Kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits. Small under counter fridge. Small room for toilet, basin and shower, plenty of hot water. We had a time slot for breakfast which was a lovely continental breakfast followed by a full English - perfect size to be light. Their croissants are excellent!. Garden out the back to relax in too.

Hotel does not have elevators! We went there before a 12 night cruise and had to deal with all the luggage we brought. Everything including the room/bathroom and breakfast room are very small. Not suitable for guests with physical disabilities.

Great spot near multiple tube stations. Amenities are basic but a clean place to stay near the university.

Moist smell kept my nose occupied

The staff was very nice, the room tiny and tidy. I was very affected by a foul moist smell - perhaps from the curtains. It tickled my nose during sleep. I have slept in many hotels, but this was the first with this experience

6/10 Good

Over-priced but comfy and convenient.

Like a lot of London midweek stays, it is overpriced but that is supply & demand! Bed and room were comfy but, up on the top floor, the shower was awful. If you get a choice don't bother with breakfast - well meaning, but better to head out and find something better.

Hotel needs tlc

Room was cramped and needed a good makeover, shower worked well and housekeeping was really good. Hotel is in an ideal location for Covent Gardens and theaters. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast good.

NO ELEVATOR AND NO MUCH SUPPLIES IN THE ROOM, LIKE TISSUE PAPERS, FACE OR HAND TOWELS, NO DRINKING WATER SUPPLY.
Eleanor, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was clean and comfortable. Shower was good. Well connected. Breakfast could be better but you get what you pay for.
Graeme, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good pricing. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rather noisy in the rooms while people settled in for the night. Will not hold luggage after check-out so need to either carry or make some other arrangements if extending stay past 10 am to shop or head into the nearby British Museum.
Mary, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staffs were courteous and property/room was clean; ongoing construction noise throughout the afternoon/early evening
Frederick, 1-night trip

Decent Stay at the Right Price

Stayed over new years and had issues within my room, this being said I raised the issue with management and they handled it professionally and took my issue seriously. I would return to the hotel based off the room and customer service provided.
Aaron, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. They just finished some renovation which might explain the residual building materials close to our room entrance. Made it a bit tricky when we were leaving because of our large suitcase
