Gibran and Gabi were great. Hotel was in excellent condition located on a beautiful part of the beach. Slightly removed from the busy beach in town was a perfect get away and loved our stay at DK. We will be back.

Beautiful new hotel right at the beach with access to great restaurants, the flamingos and bioluminescence. 20 minutes pleasant walk to downtown walking by the beach is closer. Beds are super comfortable and the view to the ocean from the suite is stunning! Super clean and beautiful contemporary decoration. AC works great. Hot water great! We would love to come back and stay again.

I really liked the location. With the one of the best beaches near by Punta Cocos. Because there are few rooms . The place is quiet and calm. You will for sure have a relaxing time. The personal is very friendly and you can have their WhatsApp numbers just in case. You are able to your own food and drinks. Or you get a 10% discount with your stay at DK Hotel in one of the best places to eat in the Island : Fuego.(restaurant from AWA)

I have visited holbox for two consecutive years and have stayed in several hotels, but this one without a doubt I have loved every touch of the structure, the staff is very friendly and attentive to any situation, in my case I have enjoyed every day.

Property is brand new so it has a little bit of lack of amenities. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing and the swimming pool excellent. Location is good and walkable to the city center or other beaches nearby. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, the staff is great. Overall we enjoyed the stay, the pool was enough for my kids and the ocean was right there for them. Seems like they are still working on the outdoor/kitchen area? Food is not available at the facility, but there are restaurants near you, your choices are somewhat limited, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The hotel is in a quiet are away from downtown. One thing you must know, if you travel with more than 4 people, you have to get 2 taxis, doesn’t matter the age (even a baby counts). That made it inconvenient for us to be paying for 2 taxis and limited us from moving around the island to stay within budget. Since the hotel is far from the ferry and downtown, they charge you the higher rate. We had 2 small issues, it rained one day pretty hard so we had a fairly big leak, water came through one of the cool beam support, making a puddle inside the room. One night (we traveled with 3 kids) we fell asleep with the tv on, it wasn’t loud or anything but we all fell asleep watching the movie and we had a noise complaint against my room so be conscious of that. Overall it’s great, depending on what you’re looking for. It was the first time in the island so I didn’t really know how much it was going to cost do activities and stay on budget. It was a great stay for a great price at one of the most beautiful places in Mexico!

El hotel no está terminado, no había agua en la alberca por lo que no se podía usar y no tenían habilitada la cocina, por lo que no nos incluyeron el desayuno que prometían y tampoco compensaron ese hecho, solo nos mandaron a otro restaurante con precios exorbitantes (1pizza individual en $900 pesos) y un 10% de descuento, también las puertas traseras y del baño no cerraban y estaban dañadas, reservé con ellos especialmente por que incluían desayuno cosa que no cumplieron, le doy 2 estrellas solo por el staff Gibran y Gabi que fueron muy atentos todo el tiempo y super amables.

Maravillosa la estancia, habitación con vista al mar, súper tranquilo para descansar, y excelente personal a cargo. Solo tomar en cuenta el restaurante no está terminado se debe salir a comer cerca del hotel hay varias opciones.
