This property is a new construction and the service was impeccable. It is exactly what you would expect from a brand new hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were all extremely friendly (as were all the locals). I booked a one bedroom suite and the hotel gave me a rollaway bed and made up the couch for my toddlers. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a $10-$15 Uber ride to all the tourist attractions. Definitely a great stay.

Amazing, lovely service. They actually care about their guests and their comfort. We had an issue with the AC in our room the first night. They went above and beyond and even upgraded our room. It is a very recent opening by Radisson, conveniently located by E-5 road and just a few min on foot from Merter subway station. The rooms are awesome, service was very professional and friendly. The only concern should be adressed by the cleaning as we found dusty foot prints (from a cleaner's shoes presumably) in the bathrooms of the both rooms offered. The restaurant's food was tasty and very reasonably priced. We would expect more variosity at breakfast,though. It was quite modest compared with other 5 star propertities in Istanbul. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

we stayed here for 6 nights, staff at the front desk is not helpful and also they do not know about the area and transportation, usually front desk staff is fully trained about the area, around the property area is heavily polluted, property is located on a major road and behind the building has rail tracks so its very noisy on both sides as we tried rooms on both sides and you can hear the noise, property is far from all attractions if you are using public transportation, dinning options are very limited and over priced, breakfast has more variety of sauces than the actual food, also as an example a small can of pop they are charging 140 lira which is 5.40 CAD. we wont be staying here again and would consider other options
