Hotel is new and the property is beautiful on the water. I had a suite and a great balcony. The housekeeping was great especially with very young children.Food was average but very pricey (expected for a premier property). Coffee place was bad. Korean/ Japanese Upscale restaurant had very bad service no one came around to refill water or more drinks. The food there was unimpressive compared to the atmosphere which was really nice. I feel because the hotel was so new the staff the service staff was not great. No came around on the beach or pool often. I have been at other high end resorts in other countries and if not sure if it’s the service or culture but people are standing around everywhere looking lingering for a tip.

All of the employees were incredibly nice. All the people whom we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Concierge made all dinner reservations a breeze as well. The only thing I might say is the service in terms of on property dining is a bit slow. However, I do understand the property is fairly new and they may still be adjusting. Aside from that beautiful, clean, and safe resort. Very relaxed and walking distance to restaurants nearby (about 5-10 minute walk).

Our first trip to Aruba was made truly unforgettable thanks to the St. Regis. The property is stunning — beautifully maintained with multiple pools, beach access, and a sense of luxury and comfort throughout. Our room was spotless, with plush bedding and stylish furnishings. The spacious balcony was a highlight — perfect for morning coffee with a view. It would’ve been a great bonus to have power outlets out there for charging devices while enjoying the breeze. Service was phenomenal from start to finish. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Huge thanks to **Joe and Eric** at the beach and pool for their friendly, fast service, and to **Nicole** for a seamless and personalized check-in. The **Wi-Fi was excellent** across the entire resort — including the beach — which made staying connected effortless. The only small drawback was some noise from the neighboring Riu hotel, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Don’t let any negative reviews deter you — we absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to return!

Stayed at ST. Regis Aruba in March 24 the good is the hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing, now the bad service is terrible not enough staff at all, beach waiters don’t start till 11, to get set up on the beach u have to chase them, No cushions on chairs. wanted to order salad but they ran out of vegetables,they only give you bottled water when you check in, each person dose 10 different things ( hotel shouldn’t be open till it’s ready ) felt like I was at a 2 Star hotel

The St Regis Aruba,is a beautiful property. The service was a bit slow, and the seating accommodations on the beach as well as the pool were not great,they were hard no cushion . Although the resort was not packed ,bar staff had trouble keeping up with orders. The expectations of The St Regis Brand was not met here at this property in Aruba . Also to note the resort is next door to the RIU ANTILLES all of the pool activities are heard from the St Regis Pool. The speakers actually sound like they are at the At Regis pool!!! It was extremely loud! The soft drinks were extremely overpriced, 1 can of coke $7 and you do not get the can so you only received quarter of the soda can. Overall because the property is brand new the rooms are very nice the 7 pools are all in 1 area and they have a small hot tub to accommodate maybe 8 people . The casino staff was absolutely amazing!!! The best hospitality was at the Casino.

Let me start by saying I never leave such a long review. Pros-the hotel and rooms are very luxurious great views,beds and linens are amazing plenty of towels and plenty of closet space they even have a butler service that can bring you whatever you need. We had coffee brought to our room every morning complimentary. Cons- The hotel is right next to the Rui and it’s very very loud you hear all the Caribbean music and games so if you’re looking for someplace quiet this isn’t the place. They have 3 pools in which they state 2 are adult pools but kids were in them. Not a very big beach front at all. Rooftop restaurant has an amazing view two drinks were $52.00 and the portions of food very small. We are far from cheap but boy do they crack you over the head. We are used to staying at the Hyatt and we go to Aruba at least twice a year we wanted to try this hotel because it was new and it’s supposed to be a great hotel. It was a lot further from all the restaurants you needed to take a cab everywhere at night. Not sure we would stay there again. Lastly beware of their resort daily fee of $90.00 that they don’t tell you about until checking out.

Grounds were beautiful what I would expect from a St.Regis property..What we didn't like is the lack of communication and support from concierge.The rooftop restaurant the bartenders were exceptional,We had stopped in the first night for a sunset cocktail and was so thrilled with the atmosphere we decided to make a reservation there and cancel at a different location and we specifically asked the hostess if we could sit outside she said of course.We arrive for dinner and she puts us at a table inside! When I asked why is she seating us inside after we were told specifically had the conversation about eating outside she responded that's for larger groups! We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of empty tables out there..Very disappointed in both her ability to understand that we canceled another place because we were told we could eat outside that night.i honestly couldn't believe this was a St.Regis establishment

This property was very clean and beautiful! We loved our stay. The property felt safe and police station is right next door which is an added bonus for security. The resort is very accommodating and does have security on site. Property was quiet and rooms are very spacious with a perfect view of the pools and beach. The only thing I will say is there are limited dining options and the restaurants they have are open until 9pm unless you go to the bar. This is only an issue if you have kids which of course can’t go to the bar. They do have private dining which is room service but no kids menu available for private dining. There are many restaurants available within walking distance off the resort or you can drive to them as well and those are open late. I would definitely come back here for sure. I would suggest if you are coming to Aruba in general and returning to the USA to allow 4 hours to get through customs when going back to the US. Customs takes a very long time to get through and we missed our flight due to the unexpected length of time it takes to go through. It does appear there is a new building for USA departures but is not fully operational for all airlines yet so hopefully in the future this will be a shorter length of time to get through. Overall our stay was excellent we were very pleased. Customer service was top notch and staff go out of their way to help in any way to accommodate!
