An overall good stay. Ceiling repair needs to be done in the room we stayed in. Really didn't care for the contour of the floor in the shower. Its floor was not level. I believe it was designed to slope toward the middle. Not sure why. A 'hum' to the refrigerator. Pleasant stay, good host.

I LOVED the heated pool. Everytime we stay at a hotel the pool is always freezing, not this one. It was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. Only complaint i have is the light right outside the room. The curtains didn't shut all the way so the hallway light shone in. But i just put my blanket on my face and called it good.

The hotel had some electrical issues so they moved me rooms, which was totally fine. The staff you have is so kind and amazing. The only complaint I have was that there was an awful smell in the hotel and this could be from the electrical issue, but gave me the worst headache and made me throw up. However I had windows that opened and made a difference. Thank you guys for being awesome and putting me in an amazing room. Also the elevators are dirty and could use some cleaning.
