Absolutely loved our stay with Peter and Helen aka Pa and ma. What amazing friendly hosts and a lovely affordable room. Great in room amenities and accommodating staff. Amazing area with great potential (bbq area and gardens) overall would give ma and pa 10 stars! Close to beach and shop, fast food just down the road. It's a must stay on the Dunedin list!

The beach lodge is a great cheap and cheerful stay, close to the beach and easily commutable into the city. In the morning, breakfast can be delivered to your room, and at night it’s lovely and quiet, and the heat pump/air con is great for keeping your room at the perfect temperature.
