It was great! This was our first time here. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in staff was friendly and made the process really easy, and answered my questions. We checked in at 8:20pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. 5 stars for the restaurant staff, from the greeting, to the service to the cooks!! The only downside was our drinks from the bar. The gal who was doing my Moscow mule just couldn’t make it right. The acidity of the lime juice she used gave me a tummy ache. And I tried 3 different times hoping she got it right -bless her heart. I love that there is a non-smoking section and every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back and explore some more!!

The stay and Hotel was beautiful. We love local and visit the casino often the only complaint would be, we stayed there due to a recent snow storm and our pipes at home froze and I needed a shower for work lol. The shower in the morning was COLD which was a bummer but other than that the room was great and I’m sure it was just because it’s new we will definitely try again. Told the girl when checking out and she looked like she wasn’t sure what to do. Me I would have offered another stay free or at a discounted rate . But great job on the hotel it’s beautiful and gift shop is open 24/7 it will be nice when they start leaving the casino open 24/7 also

Turns out I paid for the room thru Hotels.com and showed my paid receipt but they insisted that that's thru them made me pay an additional fee claimed it was for incendentials, there were no items in the room for that. I want my money back from the hotel not Hotels.com

The staff is either under trained and over bearing. In short they dont seem to know what theyre doing. We booked online with expedia while en route. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Front desk said we are already checked in ? It took forever and when we got to our room it was open. Pfft. The following morning we had bfast onsite before 9 am when we came back to our rooms, none of our keys work and were told we are checked out but it is beforep 10 am. Gave us players card none worked. There was more employees hanging around than guests.

It was a very nice room, great check in, wonderful bartenders, but the restaurant would not seat anyone who wasn’t seated at a specific time but there didn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason. I went to the counter 3 times and was ignored for ten minutes each time. You can tell they are focused on pleasing the people who are already addicted to being there. I would stay again with others, it was very underwhelming as a non gambler (understandable) since the pool was closed and the restaurant would only serve me at the bar.
