This hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice, varied breakfast. It is within easy reach of lots of interesting sights and activities both on foot and by tram.

Overall, it's a nice hotel with a good breakfast. However, it would be helpful to have towel hangers so that wet towels aren't stored on the table. Additionally, there was no cleaning service provided for two days, but that was fine since we didn't need it.

Staffs at the hotel were very nice. Receptionists were welcoming and thr check-in was eeally smooth. The mademoiselle at the breakfast was nice lady. The room was okay except for the bathroom. The basin was clogged so water wasn't draining well. I had simple fixing of this. The towel used in front of the shower area was already wet before usage. Except this, I liked this place as it is quite convenient as it's right in front of the tram station. The breakfast was good as there was warm food as well as good selection of bread and fruits.

Horrible management. They leave a poor guy handle the front desk, check ins, phone calls, bar, guests' questions and requests. It was a very frustrating check in experience. The room was a size of an elevator, with airconditioner not runing until complaint (at 29C/90F outside) under the roof. The "highlight" was only two bath towels in the room with explanation from the lady "manager": one towel per guest - no face towels - offering a bath floor towels for face towels (picture of the towel provided). So basically when you take a bath in the evening and wipe your bottom, you should use the same towel in the morning to wipe your face.

J'ai séjourné trois nuits au Campanile et, dans l'ensemble, j'en garde une impression plutôt positive. Le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et à l'écoute, et le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct, avec un bon choix et des produits frais. Cependant, quelques points ont un peu terni mon expérience. À mon arrivée, il manquait une serviette de bain dans la chambre. Plus inquiétant, un couple a tenté d’entrer dans ma chambre dans la soirée à cause d’une erreur à l’accueil : heureusement, le loquet était fermé. Ce genre d’incident peut être évité avec une meilleure organisation. L’établissement aurait besoin d'une rénovation : le plafond de la douche était littéralement maintenu avec des mouchoirs, ce qui n’est ni rassurant ni hygiénique. Il n’y avait pas non plus de poubelle dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Enfin, les serviettes ont été systématiquement changées alors que je les avais laissées accrochées, ce qui va à l’encontre des recommandations écologiques souvent affichées. En résumé, un bon accueil et des services corrects, mais l’établissement gagnerait vraiment à être remis à niveau sur certains aspects pour offrir une expérience plus fiable et confortable.

Pour une étape c’est parfait mais je regrette que l’hôtel ne permette pas de prendre un repas. Certes il y a le distributeur mais pas de quoi réchauffer certains des plats proposés ou du moins on ne me l’a pas signalé en me renvoyant au distributeur. Rien à dire quant à la propreté, c’était nickel.
