When we first arrived, we had some room accommodation mixups. But after some conversation by my friend and the staff upfront, it was all resolved. They were more than helpful and very friendly. They made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely return.

Overall pleased with hotel stay on 3rd floor, however can hear footsteps from above 4th floor. Also shampoo was missing in shower, however front desk delivered ot right away. Overall good value and location is close to Scarborough Ren Fest

The elevator broke down the first day of our stay so we had trek up to the fourth floor anytime we wanted to get back to our room. The breakfast was not great and the pool was dirty. Our room had a few chips on the floor between the beds when we first got in. Also, to ice the cake, a front-desk employee screamed at another guest in front of my family (wife, 3 year old, and 6 year old). Lastly, the WiFi didn’t work after the first night for the whole trip. We will not be staying again.

This is my usual choice when staying in Waxahachie. Good value. Overall pleased with stay. The one negative was a bit of a mildew smell. I figured out that it was a result of the ac unit blowing on the privacy curtains. The curtains needed to be cleaned.

Lacie at the front desk was wonderful! I was there because my stepdad was in the hospital a few blocks away. Lacie accommodated my needs for early check-in and check-out. It was good. We were hardly there. We spent most of our time at a family members house or shopping. A storm did come through one morning and they lost a top section of their building. We never heard it hit the ground.
