Terrific customer service from everyone at the property. As soon as you arrive, you feel welcomed and you can tell the staff wants you to enjoy you time. The apartment-hotel is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The noise level might change as they are opening up a beautiful restaurant downstairs that will be open in the evenings. The housekeeping, while appearing clean, lacks attention to detail. Upon arrival, our soap dispensers were empty, the toilet had paper in it and wasn’t flushed, and there was definitely some kind of dander throughout the apartment because our sinuses would go crazy when there, but fine when we went outside.

Angelica was super helpful checking us in , accommodated us for early check in due to availability, the area around the property is safe lots of cafes and restaurants. They offer cleaning services although we didn’t use them. 24 hour security in the front of the property. The studio room itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I , had a full size fridge, full kitchen and dryer/washer.
