Our 10 day stay here was amazing......the staff were all fantastic especially the pool bar staff Randell Zaryl Sam and Avi. Food was plentiful and great choices....our favorite restaurant was the Italian. Rooms were always clean and house keeping staff friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was the night manager who was extremely rude and mean to us - 2 senior ladies - when we asked for some help......he needs some manners.

The location was perfect for whale watching, from the infinity pool and beach front. The resort was spotless and kept clean at all times. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Si! We really enjoyed our time here. It was obvious that they were not finished with their upgrades, but that was ok. Overall the food was good. We could always find something to eat. Pools were great! Bar service needed some more workers for sure but I’m sure they are trying. Maybe add some more chairs-they were hard to come by-but we will definitely go back.
