Comfortable stay, friendly staff, clean and well-maintained. Bed was a bit hard for my liking (but maybe that’s personal preference) and there was a decent bit of road noise. Bathroom was nice. Good location near Eccles hall road and not too expensive!

The hotel was clean and well presented, the welcome was lovely. The food and drinks were expensive. The checkout was online and the reception was closed when we left. We left our car in the car park which was surrounded by trees. The car was full of sap and bird poo, had to fet it washed before driving home because it was so bad.

We had an amazing stay! Very new and cute hotel with some personalized touches. Really like it! Free parking, too. The mattress was the best we ever slept on in ages! Very nice and firm. Really appreciate the heated towel rack that was actually left ON ALL THE TIME so that we could have nice dry towels any time. Breakfast was superb and the bistro/restaurant was nice hang out place for a drink, too. Definitely worth it!

Very comfortable and clean room, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Quiet area and quiet at night - road busier in the day but not a problem unless you were having a very long lie in! One night stay whilst at a local music gig (Jazz at the Lescar) for which the Psalter was convenient and very pleasant. Good value. Would stay again.

Couldn't fault the staff and service we received.
A little disapointed the restaurant only served small tapas sharing plates. We enjoyed what we did have but wiuld have preferred an option for a main meal.

Overall, the stay was good. The bed was comfortable, the shower adequate, and the towels were big and fluffy. We had a good night's sleep, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Two things for consideration. One was that the only mirror in the room was a small one in the bathroom with poor additional lighting. There were no other mirrors in the bedroom area, and there was nowhere to plug in a hairdryer or any other hairstyling equipment.
The other thing is that it would have been more pleasing to the eye if there had been a picture on at least one of the walls, as it made the otherwise quite nice room soulless.

A very unusual, and singularly unique hotel with much to commend it. The welcome was wholesome and kind. I received help to my room with my luggage. The room was ok. A little tight, but well appointed and suitable for use. Clean, freshly decorated, well-appointed bathroom, excellent shower, etc. The bar area was buzzy with activity and the service was second to none. The drinks were great and the food was excellent.
