Can’t beat the location.

Stayed in one of the private rooms with an ensuite bathroom. The best location, right in the heart of Queenstown a few steps from the lake. Fairly clean. As others have mentioned, it can get loud in the evenings, but they do give you ear plugs, just in case you need them. Tour bookings on site, which make it really convenient.

Located in center of the city nice neighborhood. I enjoyed walking to the riverside market as well as the park area. The staff was helpful at the check in. There are rooms that the guests can eat, drink, and chat, as well as work. I stayed in the bigger room to take care of some tasks. The ambiance was comfy,!

The location is very good. I booked a room that from the description, could either have one bed, or, as I was after, 2 beds. As it turned out, my first three nights were in a one-bed room but then a subsequent night (a few days later) after booking the same room type, I got the 2 bed room I really wanted. When I booked, I looked for opportunities to specify that having two beds was important to me, but no option existed. I think that there could be more clarity in this regard.
