Great Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at JOY24. The location is unbeatable, a very brief walk from Milano Centrale station, which made exploring the city and catching trains incredibly easy. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and the bed was quiet comfortable. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. For a convenient, comfortable, and well-run stay in Milan, I would highly recommend it.

Nice basic hotel in Milano

Nice place near the train. It’s basic but had a nice design, prettiest building on the street. We took advantage of the bikes for rent in front of the hotel. Reception team was very professional and friendly

Attentive staff and modern 4 star hotel.

Nice modern and clean hotel but the neighbourhood wasn’t as nice as I’d hoped. Not too far from the Metro and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hairdryer didn’t work, but they got it sorted within minutes and made a steamer available as there were no irons in the rooms. Would recommend hotel to other couples and the large bed and air aircon made the stay comfortable.

The night front desk staff is really great!! Super smiley and kind :) Great vibe! The hotel is new and very aesthetically pleasing, designed to look high end. The bed is so so comfy so we had a great nights sleep! The only downfall for me is the lack of complimentary water I fell like that would go a long way. The area isn’t so pretty but very convenient! Overall our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was clean and very modern. The only issue I would have to point out would be the shower leaks quite significantly. There was always a lot of water that would be in the bathroom and then flowing into the rest of the room.

It is brand new and very clean! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was modern comfortable and clean. The only thing I would change is that they have motion sensitive lights inside the room and bathroom, so whenever someone rolls in bed or goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights turn on and everyone wakes up.

Lovely clean but very basic room, no water or tea/coffee in rooms, so disappointing. Very cold during the night, only supplied one pillow and sheets, highlighted this to reception and they turned the temperature up. Walls are paper thin, the family in the next room were SO loud, it felt like they were in our room.

This is a new hotel near to main train station (Centrale FS), 15 min. by walk. Close to Sondrio metro station (orange line, 10 min. by walk) which can lead you to duomo square. The restoration / construction is almost over, still there are some minor things to be done in the hotel but these will not be disturb your stay. Daily trips from Milan to Como or to St Moritz through Bernina expres etc. usually starts / moves in front of main train station (Centrale FS) that's why this hotel can be a good option to stay if you have such plans in Milan.

I was looking for an affordable hotel during salone which is imposible this was my option thinking I may was not going to get something very nice, it did exceed my expectations from clean, look, location, staff, the housekeeper, and as an interior designer the design and aesthetic amazing. It is under construction but it didn’t bother me I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. Great highly recommend
