The hotel and the ocean-view room were beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely romantic weekend. Must-stay for couples in Busan. A big thank you to Alex from the hotel - he was very attentive and ensured we had the best stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel.. we travel ALOT and this hotel, despite it is not super big, was just one of our top 5 experiences.. super friendly staff, good english speakers.. everything is new in the Hotel.. great rooms.. especially the rooms with beach view is top view rooms.. just at the most populær beach in Busan..

아기와 방문하였어요. 킹 사이즈 침대가 커서 셋이 자기 좋았고, 광안리해수욕장이 코앞이라 넘 편했습니다. 직원분들이 아기도 넘 예뻐해주시고 친절하시고 서비스도 잘해주셔서 정말 편안하고 즐거운 여행이 되었어요~^^ 방으로 가져다주시는 조식도 넘 맛있었고, 객실도 깨끗하고 자쿠지가 있어 좋았어요. 소음도 없고 조용해서 아기가 한번도 안깨고 잘 잤습니다ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 방문하고 싶네요~!

忘れ物を次の宿泊施設まで輸送の段取りをしていただき本当にありがとうございます。 ホテルも綺麗ですしサービスもいいですし、周りにお店も沢山あって、夏は海岸沿いなのでもっといいと思います

객실 청결하고, 시설 좋고, 조식도 너무 잘나와서 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 리셉션은 개선이 필요할 것 같아요. 긴 말 하지 않겠지만, 체크인하러 온 사람에 대한 안내가 미흡하여 들어간 순간부터 벗어날 때까지 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 직원들이 주변을 둘러보고 대응하는 능력이 부족하면, 대기줄을 만들던지 안내판을 만들던지 시설을 보안해야할 것 같아요. 그 외 모두 흡잡을 곳 없이 좋았습니다.

가족여행으로 어른3, 36개월 미만 아이1명 이용했습니다. 내부시설 청결도 좋았고, 조식은 샐러드도시락과 샌드위치 서비스였는데 처음보는 형태라 신선했습니다. 다만 자쿠지 바닥 마감이 안좋은 부분이 있어 걸어다니거나 앉을때 살짝 아팠습니다. 이건 이용자의 안전을위해 정리해주셔야겠구요. 세면대 위 공간이 너무 좁습니다. 위에 거울쪽 선반을 쓸수있으면 좋을거같아요. 세면대 수도꼭지도 너무 정중앙에 커서 세수하기 좀 불편합니다. 전반적으로 컨션은 좋은편이고, 침구는 무거운 편입니다. 개인정보 유출 걱정이 되어 신분증 및 카드 주요정보 제외하고 복사해달랬는데 요구대로 잘처리해주셨습니다.

갑자기 가게 된 가족여행이었지만 바뮤호텔을 선택한게 신의 한 수였습니다.가성비는 말할것도 없고, 가족 모두 청결,서비스 대만족~~옷엔 아직 바뮤호텔의 향기가 남아있네요.생각지도 못한 조식서비스는 덤이라하기엔 퀼리티 끝판왕^^집에 오자마자 담달에 또 갈려고 숙박어플 기웃거리고 있습니다.
