The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, nice pool. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the food, all the meals were too salty, the menu was limited, I got food poisoning on my second night, the managers were excellent.

The pool area with outdoor restaurants was nice. The outside bar looked out onto tthe Pacific Ocean. My spacious room had a balcony that overlooked the Ocean. The soothing sound of the waves was delightful when I opened the balcony door and I loved falling asleep to the sound.

We enjoy staying at the Costa Sur. A big shout out to the employees. Victoria our maid, Henry and Jose the activities directors, David and Fabreceo the bartenders, Juan at security. It is really all of the employees that make the Costa Sur what it is. The cost is getting expensive, but still manageable at this time.

We had a wonderful break at Costa Sur Resort. Although on the smaller size, the resort had all the benefits of a bigger place. It was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated that the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Having the option of two pools and the beach was great. The buildings are a bit dated but charming. Our biggest thanks goes to the wonderful staff - because the property is not too big, you really get a chance to know the staff. Special shout outs to Kevin, Raphael, Mauricio and Alejandro who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday. We will definitely be back.
