Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakındı. Odalar modern ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltısı tatmin ediciydi. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha geliştirilebilirdi ama genel olarak temizdi.

Biz daha önce çift olarak bir çok yere gittik ama burası kadar ilgili alakalı bir tesis görmedik. Başta çalışanlardan Aziz ve Eymen arkadaşlarımız olmak üzere tüm çalışanlarımızdan memnun kaldık. Hersey cok güzeldi

Güleryüzlü ve misafirperver personel hosuma gitti. Mardin olmasi nedeniyle malum.sokaklar dar araci baska yere parkettim. Tabi bu zorunluluktu. Ama kahvaltı yataklar temizlik persknele ulaşılma durumu son derece iyi. Manzara cok iyi. Yurume mesafesinde eski mardinin tam metdana iniyorsunuz . Cok cok teşekkür ederim.

Biz dört arkadaş çift olarak gittik. Konaklamamızdan önce ve konaklama sürecimizde işletme oldukça ilgiliydi. Bizi arayıp odamızı ısıtacaklarını bile söylediler :) Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli idi özellikle kahvaltıda sık sık başka bir isteğimizin olup olmadığını soran ve ilgilenen beyefendiye teşekkür ederiz. Konak ile ilgili kötü bir yorumum yok ancak mardinde konum malesefke doğru çalışmıyor. Konağın kapasına kadar araba gitmiyor ve konumunda çalışmaması ile otele ulaşmakta bir tık zorlandık, gitmeye düşünenlere tavsiyem kolay ulaşım için işletme ile görüşüp yol tarifi almaları. Teşekkürler her şey için.

Otelimize akşam ileri saatlerde konaklama yaptık. Hava soğuk olduğu için ve klimalar yetersiz olduğu için oda hiç bir şekilde ısınmadı. balkon kapıları oldukça pisti. Ekip çok ilgili fakat olanaklar açısından yetersiz bir oteldi. otelin bulunduğu yere araba girmiyor, uzun yürüyüşler gerektiriyor.
