The hotel was comfortable in a good location. A small rooms definitely small rbut it's cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a lovely cafe right next to the hotel! We would visit again. Anna the receptionist was very friendly.

Dåligt skick. Mögel i taket på toaletten, silverfiskar och ospolad toalett när jag kom. Mycket slitet. Ingen frukostservering. Men centralt. Ganska nära Metron, ca 500 m till Waterlooplein.

Ett smutsigt litet rum i källaren med spindelnät i alla hörn i taket. Garderob som knappt gick att öppna pga fallrisk. Tvn fungerade inte. Fransiga, trasiga handdukar, ingen tvål. Från duschen fanns ingen fuktspärr så vattnet rann ut i rummet. Bar utanför så party till 02:30 varje kväll & så dåligt isolerat så kändes som om partyt var i rummet. Har rest i 30 åt & detta var det värsta jag varit med om.

Jag hade en underbart vistelse på Hotellet! Mycket trevligt personal som är tillgängliga hela natten. Inga problem på rummet. Sängen bäddades varje dag. Allt va rent och fräscht. Nära till stan! Vi älskade Hotellet vi kommer tillbaka till sommaren.

O quarto tem paredes sujas. A televisão não funciona. O banheiro não tem box (tem apenas uma pequena proteção de vidro) e ao tomar banho o banheiro fica todo molhado. O quarto é pequeno demais e não tem lugar para colocar as malas. A arquiteta do teto tem uma inclinação (que dever ser uma escada superior) de modo que ao se levantar sem cuidado é possível bater a cabeça. A impressão que se tem é que o hotel está ficando abandonado, sem manutenção, o que é uma pena.

La atemcion fue increible, en recepcion, atendieron rapido, explicaron brevemente las amenidades de la habitacion, te dan un mapa turistico yvtebhacen sentir muy comodo. Muybmuy buen servicio. La habitacion es chiquita pero era muy bonita, con vista a uno de los canales de Ámsterdam.
