We had different people check up in and they were so gracious to give us a room on the first floor due to my daughter’s fear of elevators and it being more convenient with the dog. Basically, good but items to be noted

We found the room adequate for our basic needs but there was a corner just outdide of the bath tub that was sloppily repaired and unsightly. Also found an area near the ice machine that had a nasty looking dried spill on the floor.
