The hotel was clean and had a good location. A major problem was the power went out in my parents' building for 10 hours and the hotel did not have a generator or backup plan, even though we hear that it is a regular occurrence in Death Valley.

We stayed at the deluxe king room and it was nice. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and it was clean. Parking was right in from my of our room and it’s very convenient. We also ate at the saloon, and the food was good. I was happy that they had a lot of gluten free options and those were clearly marked on the menu.
