We loved our stay at Old Orchard Beach’s “Barbie House”. The house was clean, comfortable and of course Barbie themed! I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and can’t wait to go back! The location was absolutely perfect - just steps to the beach.

We stated for one night, the staff was very helpful with setting up an after hours check in as our travel was delayed. The room was clean and although you are close to the street it was quiet. The only issue with the property was that parking was tight.

The hotel is in a good location easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. The shower is very small and could use a shelf to hold items. The room was decent, clean, bed was comfortable. Small doable things should be addressed such as the bathroom door should have been replaced. The parking lot is a little tight. I stayed in room 7. Pool looked clean and nice.

The parking lot when fully booked is awful especially if you have a suv. The beds were not queen size and the room was tiny. The sign for the pool says it's open from 9am to 9pm but was locked so the kids couldn't swim before check out at 10. It was average at best. There are definitely better places for the same price.

No ice machine Pool bottom paint is flaking Adjacent to railroad tracks with very loud trains many times day/night that shook the building Website said beach towels provided but guy at desk disputed that Entire alarm system triggered but no staff present so guest had to call owner before fire department came and shut off alarm
