Global Luxury Suites is perfectly located to access all things in downtown Nashville. The building is very nice, and the suite was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress was pretty low quality and given how nice the rest of the suite was, I expected better.

Was a complete scam. Drove 6 hours from Illinois. I got there and they had canceled my room within any notifications. I try calling the number 27 times and emailing them 4 times. I finally got an email back 6 hours later that there was nothing they could day. I ended up staying at a holiday in outside of town. I still have not gotten a call or email from this company. I have tried calling countless times and left numerous messages

Overall a great place to stay! Within walking distance to most things you'd want to do in downtown Nashville. Wonderful accommodations and very clean. The only thing that could have been explained a little better before we arrived was the parking situation. Also there is no leasing office that we could find, but the concierge of the apartment building was able to answer questions we had when we arrived.

This place was in the perfect area walkable to everything. The place was very nice with a pool, hot tub, great gym. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get in earlier as stated, then when we called & emailed I didn’t hear back from them & had to wait an hour to get the code. Everything else was great! This is a private apartment rental. The suite was nice and clean, building was nice and clean. You are only able to enter/exit apartment and elevators etc with the phone app. So make sure your phone is charged and don’t loose it or you are not getting into the building or the apartment.

We booked our stay to see Sabrina Carpenter, which was literally a three minute walk from Bridgestone Arena. I will never say anywhere else if I’m attending anything at the arena because it was the easiest and best place to stay the nightlife is unbeatable.

My two sisters and I took a trip to meet our brother. The property was great. We would’ve appreciated maybe a few bottles of water or a little information for where we could get a few supplies for our weekend. Also, we could’ve used information on how to use the elevator. Did not know we needed to put the phone app next to the button. Luckily a nice person came along and showed us. Not a big deal. Just thought it would be helpful for your next guests.

The location is superb!!! Upscale property at boulivard mall with a food hall & entertainment just a step outside of the lobby. Walkable to all the hotspots downtown without all the night noise at the building The apartment was spotless and the view was spectacular! Parking, the Latch app, which elevators and how the elevators work took a long time to figure out, but customer service stayed on the phone the whole time until I was in the apartment itself. I will stay w Global Luxury again.
