They have construction work in the hotel I believe they are working in the top floors but the noise is loud from 6 AM to 6 PM I couldn’t get enough sleep and I had to go to my meeting very tired.

Comparing the price of my staying I didn't found what I expected from the pictures and the description attached.

I had my worst experience ever in this hotel. The manager and the staff was not helpful at all and the communication was difficult due to their language barrier. I would never rate this place as a four star as the halls smell really bad and I stayed in the executive suite (the best they have) and the towels in the bathroom were smelly and you can see holes in some of them. I recommand against staying in this hotel it's a rip off.

Stayed twice in this hotel within a month with the same room type, this are getting worse. Both times I have to request for towels and slippers since they were not prepared. Ask to keep ice cream for cold storage since the suite only has chiller. Came back next day to get a totally melted ice cream. First stay I had no cups for my coffee, second stay I had no water heater. Came to realize that some staff were great and some were not. I’ll definitely stay away from this property.

Indeed it is a clear example for failure. I have not found towels in the bathroom, also found one of the two water bottles drunk to the half.i tried to use the telephone which is a very old device to reach tge reception but no one answered. I passed by the receptionist for complaining and she promised to fix everything. I went outside for two hours then came back to find nothing fixed. At this moment i decided to checkout having a very strange and bad stay experience. I am astonished that expedia has this poor hotel on its list.

bad experience - not again

We were at the 5th floor. Nevertheless every day it was very noisy from 22 to 02 because of the 3 discos in the ground floor. Ear-protection was senseless. The kitchen in the suite room was rusty and the oven was without function. The corridors smelled strange. Dirty windows. The pool and the gym was closed even during the opening hours. around the hotel noisy construction sites (anyway throughout the country). after the first room-cleaning my wifes silk-negligee was missing and never found. No feedback and no compensation for that. Breakfast was ok. Water, Tea and coffe offered in suites, no teaspoons. Not again!
