Brilliant especially if youre doing Europa Park

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Perfect if you're going to Europa Park (about a 20 minute walk), it's a very nice area and never felt scared walking alone to and from the park, there is a shuttle bus too if needed/wanted with the stop just outside the hotel. Lidl just across the road too! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly and spoke English. Nothing to complain about.

We stayed here for Easter to visit Europapark, turned out to be perfect with only a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the park entrance, buses were available, lovely roof top bar and restaurant and the staff were amazing

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room would have benefitted from a safe, extra pillows, soap for the sink. Aircon was not very effective for the first few nights but was serviced on the 3rd day which made it better. Good location for Europa park and Lidl next door is handy. Parking was €10 per night.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Hayat Sky Hotel in Rust! The hotel is modern, chic, and elegant, with thoughtful details throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the excellent coffee was a highlight. The hotel’s location is perfect for those visiting Europa Park, just a 5-minute drive away, and they provided us with a ‘guest’ voucher for free parking at the park, saving us the 10€ daily fee. On-site parking at the hotel is also easy, with plenty of spaces and an underground car park. What truly stood out for me were the owners and staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff coordinated with my husband to arrange a romantic dinner in one of the rooftop igloos. The setting and decorations were beautiful, elegant and intimate. The service was outstanding—attentive, personal, and professional. The food was delicious, presented perfectly and the flow of the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the wine selection available. The final surprise was a wonderful birthday cake accompanied with sparkler & music. Overall it was really a magical evening. This is a top-class establishment with exceptional service and a true personal touch. We can’t wait to return soon. Thank you for making my birthday so truly special. 💖 Regards Laura

Ich kann den Aufenthalt leider nicht wirklich beurteilen, da wir aufgrund eines kranken Kindes nicht anreisen konnten. Ich habe angerufen wurde vertröstet, ich habe über Hotels.com Chat versucht in Kontakt zu treten, resp. hier hotels.com selber und man hat mir eine Antwort versprochen und ich habe in Hotels.com App den Anbieter kontaktieren. Auf keinen Kanälen irgendeine Rückmeldung, ausser in der App, wo man mir erklärte, wann und wie ich An-/Abreisen kann... Tja, ich weiss auf jedenfall, welches Hotel ich nicht mehr buchen werde.

Bon séjour. Les agents d’accueils sont très sympathiques, nous avons étés bien accueillis. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipées. Les seuls points négatifs sont le ménage et le bruit. En effet les draps n’étaient pas très propres avec des taches, le tapis de bain était sec mais en boule. Nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage avait bien été fait… d’autant plus que celui débute tôt le matin (environ 6-7h). Nous somme donc réveillés par le bruit de l’aspirateur / des chariots qui roulent dans le couloir et des personnes du ménage qui tapent contre les mures en lavant les chambres à côté.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt familienfreundlich, und das Frühstück war sehr gut mit reichhaltiger Auswahl – besonders positiv ist das breite Halal-Fleischsortiment hervorzuheben. Leider hatte unser Zimmer von Anfang an einen unangenehmen Geruch, vermutlich aus dem Bad/Kanalisation, der während des Aufenthalts nicht wegging. Hier sollte das Hotel unbedingt mehr darauf achten. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt angenehm.
