Sea view?

We had booked a room with sea view and got a view into a construction area with a crane. The sea was behind this but that was not a very nice view. We ended up drawing the curtains so we didn’t need to look at this. No fridge in the room, noise from the construction site. Breakfast was ok, but a bit hectic because of the many people and lines for food. Staff was nice and hospitable.

Bra rum och läget var bra. Dock lång väntetid i receptionen samt oplockad disk på alla bord i frukostresturangen.

Fint til prisen

Fint ophold til prisen. Lå tæt på centrum. Der var dog ikke selvstændig parkering, men om det skyldes, at der bygges om, fik jeg ikke spurgt om. Man kunne dog holde overfor for næsten ingen penge. Morgenbuffet og middag var udmærket. Vi havde en baby på 11 uger med, og det var lidt svært at skifte ble på badeværelse, da bordet ikke var bredt nok - ville have været rart med lidt bedre muligheder for det. Vi havde også hund med, og det fungerede fint, selvom der ikke lå et grønt område lige ved hotellet. Receptionen var flinke. Udsigt fra vores værelse var vi heldige med.

Hotellets værelser var nyrenoveret, men lobbyen var en rodet oplevelse, med nye møbler stuvet sammen på lidt plads Morgenmaden smagte godt, men man sad lidt i halvmørke og der var koldt og det trak, det var et midlertidig område Det er ringe at man betaler fuld pris og at hotellet ikke gør opmærksom på renoverings rod

Glömd sak på rummet

Inget större fel på vistelsen men Scandic som kedja har gått vilse alltså. Kaffe finns inte på rummet och ingår inte heller i priset om man vill hämta i lobbyn. Jag glömde en liten sak i rummet som enkelt skulle kunna läggas i ett kuvert och skickas hem till mig men Scandic vill ha 350 kr för besväret. Visst. Klantigt av mig att glömma men urusel kundservice av Scandic
