Achei que faltou hospitalidade, em dar bon-vindas e no final ninguém perguntou nada, se gostamos ou não. A pousada precisa de reformas, apesar do aspecto mais colonial. Banheiro com o teto com mofo, porta emperando. Café regular. Ficar atentos a localização, pois não dá p ir a pé. Mas é bem tranquilo para dormir.

Pontos Positivos: Lareira e localização. Pontos Negativos: Chalé sujo (área externa suja, sacada suja, chalé com cheiro de mofo), café muito fraco (minas é o berço dos bons cafés, então a expectativa aumenta, tem que ter um pão de queijo de verdade, broa, bolo de fuba, etc... café deixou a desejar. Cama de casal é das pequenas, então se você é grande como eu, 1,88m, os pés vão ficar de fora. risos. Não tenho costume de fazer avaliação, mas acredito que as vezes as pessoas ignoram e a pousada pode achar que está servindo um bom serviço, eu que faço viagens a cada dois meses uma diária de 400 reais fora de temporada no Brasil, você consegue excelentes hotéis para casal.

Gostei muito da propriedade. Embora ligeiramente distante do centro de Monte Verde, isso não desmerece o lugar. Fiquei no quarto luxo e a vista da sacada é maravilhosa. Café simples, mas gostoso e honesto. Luiz, o gerente do hotel, muito simpático e solícito.

As fotos apresentadas não condizem exatamente com a estrutura existente. Prédio antigo carecendo de manutenção. Café da manhã, embora com horário das 9 às 10:30h, atendeu a expectativa. Rejunte de azulejo embolorado, pó atrás da TV, demonstrando limpeza precária. Espaço de circulação entre cama e rack da TV apertado, cuidado para não bater na quina. Recepção atende somente até às 22h, demais horários os portões estão totalmente abertos (gerou insegurança). Estabelecimento não tem gerador de energia, tanto é que na primeira noite houve queda de energia por volta das 21h e só retornou por volta das 2:30h do dia seguinte. Ausência de luz de emergência.

O hotel é bem antigo, rústico. O aspecto do quarto é antigo, porém, estava tudo muito limpo, quarto, roupas de cama, banheiro. O acesso é fácil, apesar de estar em local montanhoso. O café da manhã é muito bom, muito bom mesmo. Tem boa variedade. Os bolos e doces estavam muito deliciosos, o pudim, excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Agradeço o Sr. Luis pela receptividade. Hotel antigo, pouco conservado e mal cuidado. A janela do nosso banheiro estava caindo permitindo a entrada de vento frio o que não permitia um banho confortável, atendimento ruim como reposição de toalhas. Café da manhã fraco sem opção de ovo mexido por exemplo.

As fotos não são reais, pois a estrutura dos quartos está muito ruim. O café da manhã é muito fraco, sem opções básicas como ovos mexidos e excesso de doces. No meio do período do café os itens já acabam e não são repostos. O atendimento ficou muito a desejar, dificuldade para ter os itens básicos do quarto na quantidade necessária, tais como toalhas, travesseiros. E sem falar da área comum, sem qualquer atração para as crianças. Os tabuleiros de jogos descritos não estão adequados… peças quebradas e sujas. Péssima experiencia!

Quarto muito confortável. Café da manhã bom. Uma coisa que nos incomodou bastante foi a “fiscalização” na hora do café da manhã. Na frente da mesa ficavam três funcionárias paradas e o gerente. Achei bem constrangedor isso.
