Very spacious.

The hotel room was big enough for a party of four. With a door that would divide the living room from the bedroom. A small hallway divided the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Excellent setup for a small group, very spacious we never felt cramped up. Perfect for a fight night weekend or supper bowl watch party.

Otonomus!

This is a very new property and well managed. Our stay was nearly flawless. Since the property is new, there are the smallest of bugs to work out technically. That aside, our stay was wonderful. The back end staff, housekeeping, facilities, and Front desk staff and management we're top notch and aimed high for it! Thank you for the stay and we will be back! 🙏

A good new hotel, to stay at.

Was doing a one night on our way to califonia. Found this place throught hotels.com, liked what i saw and booked it. Arriving was told how things were going to go and what happened next. Loved the room layout and how things were. Only two small problems my family found with this place was the night screens not really blocking out the light from outside, and the beds being a little to firm. Otherwise loved the stay and may look at staying agian in the future.

The Otonomus is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We were very happy with the spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom & bedroom. Everything was so clean as well. We would've rated the Otonomus with 5 stars if the beds were comfortable. They mattresses were rock hard. The staff happily provided comforters which helped some. If the beds were comfy this would be the place I would stay everytime in Vegas.

Got a great deal on a massive suite but the hotel was still lacking all the desired amenities , like pool, fitness center, restaurant or convenience store. It was basically a nice, minimally furnished apartment at the time of my stay. If they get everything up and running this could be a fantastic stay but it was deceptive to take my booking without first disclosing these huge deficiencies.

Worst Bed Ever.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly but the beds were awful. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. I go camping and all sorts of different types of travel. This bed was absolutely the worst. We were there for a week so I had to go buy a mattress pillow topper from Walmart and add two extra comforters from the property. That was somewhat better but still it is a wooden box with no give and a 1in topper. I can’t figure out how that is what they decided to not spend money on.

Needs improvement

We stayed here for one night on our way to California. This is nice new big hotel with lots of room for improvement. Room being very big and clean and very nice staff are only plus side of our stay here. Everything seemed like made of cheap materials. Huge rooms that can fit a big family or 2 which is great but has only one queen bed in them. Bed was very noisy every time we would move. Rooms are WAY bright with very bad and cheap quality curtains that are not even covering the whole window, our room was facing the swimming pool and the lights were lighting up our room all night long. Furnitures are bright color and make me wonder how long they will last. Tv never connected to the WIFI. I don’t know if some of these are temporary issues but I hope they take notes from guests reviews and make this hotel better place to stay because I would like to go back if things get improved.

Cons & Pros Bad experience, but clean hotel

Cons,Had a few problems at check in, staff wasn't right on location or what was in the room, i was told i would be getting a room with balcony the room didn't a have balcony, wasn't cleaned properly there was half drunk waters in fridge , restroom was locked also had wine lids on floor my 2 year old picked up, needed a balcony so was moved to another room and it still didn't have a balcony! Im Claustrophobic and felt trapped Was told was told i would be moved to another room in the morning but them was told no couldn't be, had issues with room to qr code on kee app on phone had to walk all the way back to front because i could not open the door, not a short walk actually pretty long from room, couldn't get key cards at check in because system was to slow they claimed. Could hear everything from neighbors as walls are thin, beds are hard. Were still working on hotel so had items all in parking lot for construction , could not use elevator close to room due to construction had to walk to other side Pros.Floors in new room was clean, loved the fill kitchen and 2 separate rooms, very very clean and comfortable environment , my kids loved the pools not too crowded, had stove , microwave ,dishes, dishwasher.

Stayed on day 28 of opening

We arrived late and it wasn’t much of an issue. The hotel staff was happy to assist and quickly help us get checked in. We did have our daughter and her service dog with us, we called ahead to let the hotel know as a courtesy. Unfortunately after we were Checked in issues began, it seemed like the issue was his size, my daughter felt uncomfortable at the property because the staff wouldn’t stop staring at her we lead us to check out early. Unfortunately I can’t recommend the hotel to someone with a service animal due to stay on property. The hotel needs to retrain the staff on ADA regulations to avoid having someone else feel like we did. Room description: The room is great! We had a 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a kitchen and living space. It was beautiful and clean and large. Very apartment like. The property is large! It was a long walk to our room, There is a Tesla charger in the parking lot with us great! The pool on site was great and had a lovely covered space for lounging. No restaurant on site when we were there but there was a bar.

Not every different or new idea is a good one!

The property is new but needs a lot of attention. It's spacious and smoke free which what we liked the most about it. You have to take out your trash or give with the smell of it as there is no room service except if you pay $50 per service on demand. No extra towels except for what you already have in the room. The A/C acts up as no matter what temperature you set it for it goes back up to mid 80s in the middle of the night and during the day in the very hot summer of Nevada. Although the property is new our closet door was broken. The WhatsApp communication to front desk is the worst idea they have as not everyone has that app and they don't even response instantly! We woke up the nest day due to the noise from the work they were doing on the adjacent apartment without even getting a courtesy note about the work that would be done. It's a good place but with bad management! I don't know how long would it last as there are a lot of details that should be taken care of. One more thing the app doesn't always open the unit lock. We had some issues with it. And neither the other authorized users were successful in accessing the unit. A lot of technical issues.
