I had 4 nights at the motel and it was perfect for my needs and exactly what I expected. It is a great location in terms of being able to walk to Abbotsford, Richmond, Collingwood or Fitzroy pubs. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. Not a place I'd bring my wife but perfect for a bloke having a few nights in town.

This is a budget hotel, but we needed a hotel near Epworth Hospital. It offered everything we needed: Great location, public transport close by, secure undercover parking, and a nice clean room ... all for a great price!

Despite this property showing its age, and it would appear in the process of upgrading it was clean and tidy. If you are just after a room for a couple nights fits the bill. The hotel on the corner great for a quick meal and mcds just around corner good for quick coffee
